SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are insured and shipped through either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order once it has been placed. Once fulfilled it should take 2 - 3 additional business days to arrive, however unprecedented recent shipping delays indicate this could be substantially longer, especially around the holidays. I apologize for any delays.

Currently I am unable to offer international shipping rates. However, if you live outside the United States or wish to have something delivered to an address outside the United States, please contact me directly. I should be able to making an individual shipping calculation and will happily do my best to accommodate you.

Likewise, should you require expedited shipping, please contact me directly so we can calculate those costs on an individual basis.

Please note, I will ship your pottery with used or recycled packaging whenever possible. Should you require 'new' or 'gift wrap worthy' packaging please contact me directly so arrangements can be made.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive pottery that has been damaged in transit please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. I can then arrange a refund or exchange. Beyond this 24 hour period I cannot refund for damaged goods.
