This wheel thrown and turned one of a kind lidded pot is made of black speckled stoneware, treated to a layer of blue porcelain slip and then 'tattoo'ed' with dark blue underglaze butterflies. It has been glazed on the interior with a glossy breaking gray. A found driftwood handle, foraged here in SF, adorns its lid.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
